Main Menu and Pause Menu Logic

Create the logic for the main menu of the game as well as the pause menu. For the main menu, add the following for sure - Play, Settings, Quit. Settings should contain the following for now - Audio. The Pause Menu should contain - Continue, Settings, and Quit.
