Option to write 'identity' and 'provisioner' during bootstrap #1455

Maybe I just didn't found it but It would be nice have an option to save identity and provisioner to ~/.step/config/defaults.json. It can be added manually, but it would be nice to add it with bootstrap command.
Why is this needed?
It will allow users to execute step ssh login without the need to provide identity and provisioner in command line.
