easy-install.pth is not updated when reinstalling simphony-openfoam

When I install a new version of the OpenFoam wrapper while another one already exists in a different folder, the according path in the easy-install.pth file is not updated (whereas the one for simphony-common was updated).

I assume that this is a bug, but I can't tell if this is only due to my specific settings as I have to setup my system with the user option (i.e. "python setup.py install --user").
