manual adjustment of colorscale recenters xy_zoom_box on center of full image

Hello,
Thanks for the SILX code.
I am trying to change the color scale of an image after having zoomed on a specific Laue spot.
As soon as I try to change the settings in the colormap dialog,
the zooming box is recentered on the center of the full image,
center is (x = 1034, y = 1081) for this particular detector.

Is this the usual behavior ?

At starting of silx view there is a warning, I do not know if this is related.
QStandardPaths: error creating runtime directory '/run/user/2102' (Permission denied)

No, changing the colormap should not change the zoom.

The error message should not be related.

Which version of silx, pyqt or pyside, matplotlib and pyopengl do you use?

Which plot backend do you use?

Reproduced with silx view and the matplotlib backend with: silx v2.2.1, PyQt5 5.15.9, matplotlib 3.10.1

The direction of the Y axis is also reset.

From what I tested, it is fixed with:

• silx v2.2.2, PyQt5 5.15.10, matplotlib 3.10.6
• silx v3.0.1, PySide 6.11.0, matplotlib 3.10.9

This has most likely been fixed by PR #4256
