DeprecationWarning: Setting the shape on a NumPy array has been deprecated in NumPy 2.5.
As an alternative, you can create a new view using np.reshape (with copy=False if needed).

So do this:

>>> import numpy
>>> arr = numpy.arange(5*6)
>>> arr2 = arr.reshape(5, 6, copy=False)
>>> print(numpy.shares_memory(arr, arr2))
True

When copy=None (the default ) it does not copy when not needed

>>> import numpy
>>> arr = numpy.arange(5*6)
>>> arr2 = arr.reshape(5, 6)
>>> print(numpy.shares_memory(arr, arr2))
True

For reference: regex replace ^(\s*)([A-Za-z_]\w*)\.shape\s*=\s*(.+)$ with $1$2 = $2.reshape($3)

It does produce false positives.
