Description
Once scribe-org/Scribe-Data#666 is brought in to close scribe-org/Scribe-Data#650, it would be great if we expanded the MariaDB tables to also include tables for translations. We'll need a table that's of the form ISO_2_translations_from_ISO_2, i.e. de_translations_from_en. We'll have different tables for each combination of languages to allow the API to just make a call to one table and insert it into the translations table for the client app.
