_templates not being picked up after eject

Hi,

I have ejected the templates so I can modify how they're generating the types, but for whatever reason once I eject, modify the template and re-run dataverse-gen they're not being used, they retaining the standard templates!

I found reference to this in the V1 and it appears that it was simply missing the templateRoot config setting but I have tried adding that in the dataverse-gen.json with and rerunning dataverse-gen with no effect.

Anyone have an ideas?
