Log message upon beginning setup of a mod module to assist with troubleshooting #399

Errors in blueprint mod subsystems and/or mod modules can cause crashes like the one below. The stack trace doesn't say what mod had trouble starting up. If SML logged a message saying what mod (module) was being processed, figuring out the problem mod in this case would be easy, just look at the most recent mod module setup that started according to the logs.
