CrossLine not working any more after 0.9.8 Fix

After patch "Fix SmartMotionHuman/Vehicle not triggered with CrossLine/CrossRegion events
#557" CrossLine do not work any more. I've got automations with Car CrossLine and it did not work tonight when the car crossed the line. After that I have checked the activity in Integration and it not triggered either. But Dahua's Interface have detected it clearly

I can confirm this regression — it's from my PR #557, sorry about that.

Root cause: translate_event_code() returns a single event code. When both CrossLineDetection and SmartMotionVehicle listeners exist, a CrossLine event with ObjectType=Vehicle gets translated exclusively to SmartMotionVehicle — the original CrossLineDetection sensor never fires.

Fix: Instead of reverting, I can open a follow-up PR that changes translate_event_code() to return a list of event codes and dispatches to all matching listeners. This way both sensors fire on the same raw event:

User config	CrossLine + ObjectType=Human	Result
Only CrossLine subscribed	[CrossLineDetection]	works (unchanged)
Only SmartMotion subscribed	[SmartMotionHuman]	works (unchanged)
Both subscribed	[CrossLineDetection, SmartMotionHuman]	both fire (was broken)
Neither subscribed	[SmartMotionHuman] fallback	works (unchanged)

The change is minimal — 3 touch points in __init__.py:

1. translate_event_code() → returns list[str] instead of str
2. notify_callback() → iterates over the list
3. on_receive() → iterates over the list

I already have this working on my setup. Happy to open the PR right away if you prefer that over a revert.
