Regarding Windows testing, could we also perform tests on Windows 11? I understand that kilted is currently developed with Windows 10 support in mind.

I'm not aware of any differences in behavior for running ROS 2 on Windows 10 or Windows 11. If you only have Windows 11 available for testing, please use that.
