File sizes are super small upon download

File sizes upon download do not match reported file sizes. For example, a file size for an episode may be 425mb but when downloaded it is 150b or 1.5kb or something absurdly small. Only happened upon switching to torbox from real debrid.

I genuinely cannot figure out how to generate a log but I can provide it upon some instruction.

Also happening with new versions. Getting sizes of 2kb, 1.5kb, 150b etc. Happens probably 99% of the time. I’ve tried changing settings as well but no dice. :/

I've noticed the same problem, certain files in torrents download to disk at 150 bytes or 2250 bytes. It's not super reproducible so I'm struggling to get a good log.

Yep, and it’s happening through jdownloader as well, even if i try to get stuff through megalinks via jdownloader. Torbox support said as long as it is fine via their dashboard (it seems to be fine), there is nothing they can/will do.

I initially ended up switching to Decypharr, which I discovered had the same problem with Torbox (downloads were failing entirely rather than downloading 150 byte files, but the cause was likely the same). I forked it and made a few commits to fix the issue. It's downloading reliably from Torbox now.

I imagine the root cause is the same, so maybe this will help someone implement a similar fix for RDT Client.

Oh wow, I’m surprised you were able to fix it! I too tried Decypharr but didn’t really like it as much as RDT-client and also came up with the same issue. I definitely thought it was an issue on Torbox’s end because it was happening with jdownloader 2 as well. This is great news, thank you! I’ll wait since my the limits of my technical abilities are basically just following instructions haha.
