This Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") documents the rights granted by Contributors to Qtap.
"You" or "Your" means the individual Copyright owner who Submits a Contribution to the Project.
"Contribution" means any work of authorship that is Submitted by You to the Project.
"Submit" means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to the Project, including code, documentation, or issue tracking.
"Project" means Qtap.
You grant the Project maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, modify, display, perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and derivative works as part of the Project under: (a) the AGPLv3.0 license; and (b) any other license applied by the Project maintainers to the Project, including commercial licenses.
You grant the Project maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Project, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution(s) alone or by combination of Your Contribution(s) with the Project to which such Contribution(s) was submitted.
You represent that: (a) You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses. (b) Each of Your Contributions is Your original creation. (c) Your Contribution submissions include complete details of any third-party license or other restriction of which You are aware and which are associated with any part of Your Contributions.
Your Contributions are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
