Check file.io issues

We may improve the file upload process with file.io.

Currently, it has some limitations that we need to check.

file.io has been changed to LimeWire and our copy functionality is on a halt right now. Need to fix this soon.

This problem been resolved with the implementation of the updated copy command mechanism. Details here #54.
