AMS cloaking bubble hiding too much

Currently when inside the bubble, you don't see weapons on the backs of friendlies or in their hands. Their names are visible.
Players that enter a hostile AMS cloaking bubble cannot see enemy names or weapons.
This used to be different.

So, when an AMS deploys, here's what we do.

1. Normal vehicle deployment procedure.

2. We dispatch a message AMSDeploymentChange that finds every deployed AMS in a zone and adds that to a local running list of deployed AMS's. For the purposes of spawning and spawn changing, whenever the deployment map is visible, we find the closest AMS to the player's current position from that session list and we draw that spawn point on their map (ZoningOperations.DrawCurrentAmsSpawnPoint()).

3. The mesage PAM81-1 is sent to the clients when the AMS deploys. The message PAM81-0 is sent when the AMS undeploys. I don't know what it does but it always dispatched in relation to the vehicle's GUID in the packet captures. PAM81 does have a known effect for players as it causes them to bail from their vehicle and displays the bail animation, but I could never determine what it did for the AMS back in the day.
