Plugdata & Plugdata-fx VST3 don't rename & update daw parameters the first time they're loaded in Bitwig

PLUGDATA VERSION: Plugdata & Plugdata-fx 0.9.3 (nightly)

FORMAT: VST3

REPRODUCE:

1. Load plugdata or plugdata-fx as a VST3 in Bitwig.
2. Check Daw parameters have not updated.
3. Moving a parameter updates a (DISABLED)paramx
4. Duplicating the pd instance will load the daw params correctly.
5. When you unload a patch within the same pd instance, the params now update as (DISABLED) "name-of-param"
