[Bug]: App crashed, lost access to anything that isn't Codex

Steps to reproduce

First time user

1. Opened the app
2. Added a project
3. Started new chat with Opus 4.6
4. Stopped generation to correct something
5. Crash
   💀

Re-opened app

1. Selected conversation I was working on
2. Model was set to GPT-5.4
3. Clicked to change, only GPT models. Claude all gone, and the two "Coming soon" options (I can't remember what they were, but greyed out) were also gone.

Expected behavior

The app to stop generating, let me re-prompt with my chosen model and submit

Actual behavior

1. Clicked stop, button got a spinner
2. Window disappeared - dunno if app crash, webview crash or whatever
3. Re-opened app to continue, saw GPT-5.4 was the selected model

Impact

Blocks work completely

i got to the same state where it only shows gpt models, didn't have any crash and haven't tried claude. updated from 0.0.11 to 0.0.13

happens on both windows and linux. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling
