Feature Request: external cover art #89
Description
Hey Patrick,
it would be great if BookBrowser supports external cover images.
If no cover could be extracted from the EPUB, check if there is an image named cover.jpg or folder.jpg or [exact epub filename].jpg in the same directory. If available, this image will be used.
Even if a cover image exists in the EPUB, it should be checked for an external image with the same file name and this should be used preferably.
Example:
folderABC/loremIpsum.epub - contains cover image or not
folderABC/loremIpsum.jpg - will be used in any case
folderABC/cover.jpg - only used if no cover in EPUB
folderABC/folder.jpg - only used if no cover in EPUB
