Update Windows getting started guide #63

Create main page that links to Windows page for getting editor started from git clone to build and run:

-Windows 7 and up
-Detail supported C++ versions
-Detail any system dependencies and scripts
-Installing Git

IDE

  • Clion (If possible)
  • CodeBlocks
  • Visual Studio
  • Visual Studio Community Edition

Compilers

Does the IDEs listed above, come with a compiler?
-If so is it compatible with GPE and user's preferred backend module.
-If not, how can they attach a compatible compiler to their IDE or tool of choice?

Include main modules and 32bit and 64bit versions.

Document how to link and include module of user choice.

Currently supported modules are:

  • SDL2 ( 32bit and 64 bit)
  • Raylib ( 64 Bit only)
