Pattern Fluctuation #399
Description
During testing from a third party company I found fluctuation in the ethereum chain. I thought this could be a coincidence so I double checked my findings with that of several observers and Mainnet visuals.
I have some design concepts for a possible solution that I wish not to discuss at this present time.
