Make site-wide adjustments to Theme11 source files

Some of the components of the paid theme that are controlled in the source .tpl files should be updated as a default for all OJS@OD journals.

• Publisher Home Link: change link text from "Publisher Home" to "OJS at OregonDigital.org" -- in header.tpl.
• Secondary Navigation Bar Links: The link for Contact Us is set as ".../dja/about/contact" as though "dja" is the journal abbreviation. This should be to the relative journal's contact page, omitting "dja/" from the path. -- in header.tpl.
• Footer: Remove the default Twitter feed and change the text "OJS Hosting, Support, and Customization by: OpenJournalSystems.com" to "Theme by: OpenJournalSystems.com" -- in footer.tpl
• Logo: The link currently points to the same top-level location as the publisher home link. This should go to the journal home instead. (e.g. journals.oregondigital.org/konturen instead of journals.oregondigital.org). The logo image is managed from the dashboard, but the link is not managed there. Presumably in header.tpl.
