Step to reproduce

开始日期已确定，选结束日期，如果是同一天，滚动小时很容易就会把开始时间变小， 是否能配置关闭两个时间的联动，点确定时不能小于开始时间， 或确定按钮为禁用，大于等于开始时间时才可启用？
