• Networking event for Pledge members + fundraiser - invite a friend/peer whose company should join
• Sentry organizes but doesn't foot the bill, tickets to attend sold at cost
• put together a nice program
  • awards? recognitions?
    • highest $/dev?
    • most devs?
    • largest total amount?
    • most contagious? (most referrals - most others brought to banquet, most others actually onboarded)
  • invite a maintainer or two? foundation director or two? (pay their way, include in ticket cost)
  • year-in-review, plans for future
  • book Randall Munroe?
• SF, October 8 or 9, 2026 (Thursday or Friday)
• Add London and Bangalore events in future ;)
• Custom fezzes: "If you have a club, secret society, or organization that would like unique fezzes, you may be able to commission the artists here at Fez-o-rama. The minimum order is 13 total fezzes, as you really can't have a good secret society with less than 13."
