Count stock donations

This is coming up on an Endowment launch call, hoping to receive stock donations at some point over there. If a company donates stock to Endowment and wants to count that towards Pledge, proposal is to use total amount based on 409A, expecting per share amount to remain private, counting on Endowment to be the "validator."

I think that, if donations to the Endowment are eligible generally, stock donations to the Endowment should be eligible.
