Context: This is related to the proposed "Open Organizations and Mental Health" initiative. I'm happy to round up the group interested in sketching a "shortlist" of topics, interview candidates, and case studies we might pursue as part of this work. I think @samuelknuth wanted to be involved, but others should register their interest here!

I'd be interested in helping out here in some capacity! I've got ADHD so these conversations are relevant to my interests. I could also probably wrangle up some people from my company's neurodiversity D&I community if there were some specific topics to discuss, or if you were looking for some people to interview.
