Decommissioning

I've changed the credere CNAME to point to Cloudflare Pages. I am leaving these CNAMEs, to make it easier to reactivate:

• cdn.credere -> d32q61blueh6u0.cloudfront.net.
• _8b06ea28ac0f0f27dbc54737a311396c.cdn.credere -> _16e35e3a6f95151bc04f247297956f39.sdgjtdhdhz.acm-validations.aws.

CDN is documented at https://credere.readthedocs.io/en/latest/aws/cloudfront.html and used in https://credere.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/settings.html#app.settings.Settings.images_base_url

The validation CNAME is to configure a custom SSL certificate for the CDN domain.

• Fathom Analytics site (which continues to collect analytics from the static page)
