Invalid Cync user credentials or two factor code

I am not able to log in. I get the error: Invalid Cync user credentials or two factor code. I have verified that my username, password, and two-factor code are correct and I can log in to the app with the same credentials. There are no errors in the logs.

I'm having this issue too- I have about 9 Cync 4 wire switches and several wifi connected lights.

I am getting the same error -
Invalid or unsupported Cync configuration, please ensure there is at least one WiFi connected Cync device in your Home(s)

I have checked and all is working in the app and that there is a device on my network.

I don’t know if you have any Alexa devices, but you could get one for like $30, setup your Cync devices in Alexa, and then use the Alexa homebridge plugin. It’s works flawlessly in HomeKit. No delay or anything.

Thank you, but I would like to utilize the native functionality that this add-on provides. The Matter integration is lacking and minimal, so I am hoping that this will provide additional functionality.

The app lists my light as White Reveal LED Smart Bulb (A19) Connected by bluetooth Firmware 1.3.170. Is this maybe why I get invalid configuration? Please help. Thanks, I'm new to this.

I resolved this problem by shortening my password and removing any special characters. Complex passwords don't work with the integration even though they work with the app
