Not sure how the permissions are set so maybe you already do this, but I think it would be good to create a GitHub group that you can request to review a PR, and whoever is currently in the marketing team/website lead can be notified about a new PR to be reviewed.

Imagine this but nhsengland/ds_mc_ft
Pros:
- Sends an email to everyone with website responsibility without whoever making it having to set a specific reviewer (unless they want to)
- Stops PRs sitting without anyone knowing about them
- Stops me tagging just Amaia to automatically review PRs
Cons:
- Have to update the group when people join/leave.
I thought of this when I got an email requesting my review on a PR on spine, where I worked in 2023, and saw he'd requested a group of over 100 people to review.
