reply to all also when only one addressed

Hi,

Is it possible to have "reply to all" always available?
To send people a reminder when not having received a reponse in time, I use in other mailapps the functionality to address the addressed in earlier send mail.

So I would like to write an email, and when receiving no response after a few days, I'd like to send a reminder, using reply to all on the send mail.

I'd say that's a duplicate of #8626.
We should flip the reply function in sent.
