Bug: Planning page layout issues

What broke

1. The XXm left message inside the current day is drawn with padding below, making that block too tall.
2. On small screen, the timeline is shown above the days.

What you tried

Issue 1 is seen in Dia/Chrome and in Safari.
Issue 2: reduce the width of the browser, or use a tablet in portrait mode.

What you expected

1. The XXm sticker to sit at the bottom of the current day half, not making it taller and not having padding below.
2. The timestamp-timeline should stay in front of the day blocks, not above.
