How to remove entries from file right click?

I have looked at previous issues relating to this but maybe something has since changed? The suggested entries are not working

I am trying to remove the following entries, but as you can see they are all still visible.

I have tried creating entries under the shell.nss as well but this does not seem to work either.

How can I remove these entries from the context menu?
