Oddities in CSS

When editing the css, especially m-theme-light, I noticed a few oddities.

1. default-filled-link-color is ignored. Instead of providing an override like let's say danger/success/etc.-filled-link-color, it does not do anything.
2. button-background-color sets the foreground of a danger/success/etc. button.
3. button-border does not seem to do anything

I will collect more strange behavior here as I find it.
