Weird behavior after running the app

Hey, so i ran the app and i got updates for my 118 deep sleeping apps but theres a weird beĥavior after i ran runner - some deep sleeping apps seem to run in background now? turning screen off or rebooting doesnt take any effect which is kinda weird
