All APIs have stopped working, mods are not being found, some projects still appear in searches, but their details are returning a 404 error.

I believe it’s unrelated, as some people reported they could see it, and also, this problem appears to be fresh.

Apparently they were hacked :( And they went on holidays for 3 days at once, most likely the problem will be solved only after the holidays, it's a pity.

Why do I think that? Because at first, most of the projects switched to the rejected status, and then all the resources from the site disappeared altogether.

It's an API issue, stop spreading misinfo

The api status sais that is "prolonged period of downtime due to emergency power maintenance at our service provider", it is in fact a problem but not one that we can put our hand on.

This has been resolved, the discord announcement:

During the outage we had to restore the database, which means data was lost between 06:18 and 07:52. Any project updates made during that window, such as uploading a new version, will not be there

I was hoping for a reference to a PR or commit to clarify the cause and solution. At the moment, there are no changes on the main or prod branches, and no information has been released aside from the database restoration.

The cause was a botched SQL query in a moderation workflow. That moderation workflow is not essential and it's easily temporarily disabled, a more permanent fix will be coming to the repo when the engineering team is back for non-emergency work after Christmas
