PathPlanner opens to mostly blank screen

Describe the bug
Very simple. Open the PathPlanner GUI app and all you see is the PathPlanner window, all black with just the word PathPlanner in the upper left. This only happens on one student's laptop.

To Reproduce
Open PathPlanner GUI.

Expected behavior
Should see normal PathPlanner GUI window
