[Bug]: Nginx blocks PUT and DELETE requests

Steps to reproduce

Go to Teams Info tab
Try to delete a user and remove Dia Mirza from admin role

I have deployed timeharbour application to (https://manager.os.mieweb.org/sites) new opensource server. and i have configured the container. Locally the requests are working fine in the production server PUT and DELETE requests are failing. Below are the screenshots.

Expected behavior

DELETE and PUT http requests are allowed by nginx.

Actual behavior

DELETE and PUT http requests are blocked.
