Launchpad Deployments do not run scripted deployment steps

Containers built with launchpad do not utilize the build commands sent properly due to features that have not yet been pushed from the opensource server master build. We will need to remove these steps to prevent false positive builds until it is ready.

Going to push new branch that will deploy via a Docker image to hopefully resolve this and provide a foundation for more long term solutions.
