Adapt Kafka configuration for Microcks 1.14

Reason/Context

In the context of microcks/microcks#1956 - and this specific 6d9c29e commit - the configuration of Kafka connection properties has changed.

Description

We need to adapt the way the ConfigMaps for the two application.properties files are generated to support Microcks 1.14.

Implementation ideas

Need a version check to find the appropriate configuration to apply.
