Description
PowerShell, BAT, CMD, AHK, wscript, and .NET source code files may need to follow classical UTF-16 (ASCII also accepted), CRLF, no final EOL, and BOM present (non-ASCII), in order to reduce risk of breaking various and sundry applications.
