SUPEE-11219 - Failed. Weak password requirements found

Not sure that the SUPEE-11219 patch is correct.
After applying the files from the repo Magento security scanner states "SUPEE-11219 - Failed.
Weak password requirements found (PRODSECBUG-2331) response body contains unexpected 'Please enter 6 or more characters'"
Could this be to do with the fact that version 1 of the 11219 patch was pulled and we had to wait for version 2?

I can confirm that the patch files for SUPEE 11219 are incorrect. (Checked on 1.9.2.2 version)
js/prototype/validation.js in your patch file contains the string "Please enter 6 or more characters"
However the correct patched version of this file should state "Please enter more characters or clean leading or trailing spaces".
Which leads me to assume that the other files patched in this repo for 11219 are also incorrect.
Please can you confirm?
