The hook — opening stat or scene that frames the problem (e.g. "80% of job seekers feel unprepared, 50%+ of hiring managers say grads aren't ready" — already on the landing page)
The problem — interview prep today is question banks and mock chats; neither rehearses the actual judgement calls people get evaluated on
The product — branching workplace simulations + AI coaching on the response, not just the answer. Screenshot of an in-progress sim + the per-dimension feedback
How it works — scenarios → decisions → AI evaluation → personalised coaching, all in 20 minutes
Demo / live walkthrough placeholder — Loom or in-deck screen captures
Who it's for — three audiences: individual candidates, university career services, corporate L&D
Why now — AI-evaluated soft skills became practical only recently; remote interviewing makes the asymmetry worse; demand for measurable career-readiness metrics from universities + employers
Traction / what's built — the institution analytics dashboard (Phase 6 — Institution analytics dashboard #2 closed) is the wedge for the institutional sale: per-cohort competency heatmaps, per-student trends, exportable to CSV/PDF for department heads
Business model — per-seat for institutions, freemium for individuals (still TBD — this slide is a strawman, not a commitment)
Team + ask
Format
Probably Keynote or Google Slides for collaborative editing
Screenshots of the live admin pages (heatmap especially — it's the most visually striking thing we've shipped)
Use the seed script (npm run seed:fake -- add ... per DEVELOPMENT.md) to populate a demo institution before screenshotting so the analytics aren't empty
Notes
This is a deliverable, not a feature. Don't over-engineer the structure — the audience and ask matter more than the slide count.
Decide audience first (investors? universities? corporate buyers?) — the deck shape changes meaningfully based on who'll see it.
Create a pitch deck for InterviewDifferently.
Suggested structure (10–12 slides)
