Add World War Watcher — Ma'at Protocol OSINT Dashboard for Infrastructure Warfare #693

Description

@tdimino

Disclosure: I'm the creator of this project.

I'd like to suggest adding World War Watcher to the OSINT Framework.

Suggested placement: Threat Intelligence > Geopolitical Monitoring

What is World War Watcher?

World War Watcher is a live OSINT dashboard monitoring the Iran-US war's impact on cloud infrastructure, submarine cables, oil markets, and global connectivity. It runs on what I call the Ma'at Protocol—a trust mechanism named after the Egyptian principle of cosmic truth that enforces a one-way ratchet on editorial analysis: ground truth pushes severity up, never down. When AWS ME-CENTRAL-1's status page read "Operational" while 2 of 3 availability zones were physically struck by drones, the Ma'at Protocol overrode to ground truth and preserved both values with full evidence chains.

Features:

  • 1,893 attributed sources across 6 credibility tiers (wire, institutional, analysis, state media, data, social)
  • 75 daily editorial dispatches with Ma'at Protocol verification, each cross-referencing 20+ sources
  • Agency Inversion Test on every event (swap actors, check if the language changes), amplification chain tracing, 8 disinformation pattern screens
  • 3D globe with 31 tracked data centers and 16 submarine cables
  • Ordnance inventory tracking across both sides of the conflict
  • Civilian flight corridor risk model scoring 15 air routes across 37 airports
  • Open data API with 10-minute refresh cadence

Free to use, no account required. Full methodology: https://worldwarwatcher.com/methodology
