[Docs Bug 🐞 report]: lambda in img resizer sample app won't start

Describe the bug you found in LocalStack Docs.

The quickstart for AWS is broken : Lambdas don't start because of zip structure and resize Lambda is missing a dependency (Pillow).
It is really frustrating to get blocked by something so trivial.

Attach any resources that can help us understand the issue.
