Podcast customization on the Listener plan

Is there a way to change a podcast title picture that is being displayed in Apple Podcasts to a custom one?

• Change podcast cover
• Change title
• Show/hide individual episode thumbnails
• Duration (and maybe other types of) filter. To filter out Shorts etc

The audio podcast cover should look different from the video podcast cover. Should be doable. Otherwise, it's too easy to confuse them.
