“Best Time to Visit” Seasonal Display

Parent Epic: Tour Info & Metadata Enhancements

We want to improve how “Best Time to Visit” is displayed on tour pages. Instead of simple text, we’ll show a 12-month visual bar with:

• Pill-shaped markers for each month.
• Highlighted styles for peak season months.
• Lighter or secondary colors for shoulder seasons.

This makes it much clearer for users to understand seasonality at a glance.

Scope

• Create a block variation or custom block for the Best Time to Visit display.
• Allow admin input for:
  • Peak months
  • Shoulder months
  • Color codes per the design system
• Apply pill-shaped styling per LSX Design System.
• Ensure the block is responsive and accessible.

Acceptance Criteria

• Displays all 12 months in a single horizontal layout.
• Clear differentiation between peak and shoulder seasons.
• Block is fully responsive and works on mobile.
• Follows color and typography guidelines from the LSX Design System.
• Fully accessible, including screen readers.
