Enquiry Form Modal

Parent Epic: Modal & Popup Enhancements

Currently, the “Make an Enquiry” buttons redirect users to a separate contact page or section. For a better UX, the enquiry form should:

• Open directly in a modal overlay.
• Keep users on the current page.
• Prevent context loss while browsing tours, destinations, or accommodations.

This feature will reduce drop-offs during the enquiry process.

Scope

• Create a modal template part containing the Enquiry Form (e.g. Gravity Forms block or custom form).
• Develop a trigger mechanism (button, link, etc.) to open the modal.
• Ensure form validation and submission work inside the modal.
• Apply consistent styles per LSX Design System.
• Maintain accessibility:
  • Focus management
  • ARIA roles
  • Screen reader compatibility

Acceptance Criteria

• Clicking “Enquire Now” opens a modal form.
• Form submits correctly without full-page reloads (AJAX preferred).
• Modal closes on successful submission or via cancel button.
• Fully accessible, including keyboard navigation.
