[Feature] Add Kiosk mode

We want a version of the tasks that essentially builds off current demo link functionality to build a kiosk mode, e.g.,

1. Get Started or Play button with LEVANTE background
2. Enter your birth month and year; this creates a new user doc in the kiosk site/cohort.
3. Displays tiles to select any of the games enabled for the kiosk instance
4. Relatively short "are you still playing?" timeout which shows "continue" and "exit" options; exit goes back 1, no response in 5seconds goes back to 1

This sounds great. Free-standing kiosk vs. someone running tasks quickly may have different needs with respect to timeout... but this seems excellent. I guess the only question is, how do you know on your end which person matches to which kiosk user ID - do we want to figure out a way for the person running the kiosk to get the code to write down on a "run sheet" or something?
