Effective June 15, 2026, a Chrome Root Program Participant's CP or combined CP/CPS MUST explicitly state adherence to the latest published version of this policy and the CCADB Policy. This attestation SHOULD be made in Section 1.1 ("Overview").

Similarly, per a proposed update to the CCADB policy (see email thread and github pr):

Effective September 15, 2026, CA policy documents MUST:

• state adherence to this policy, and any applicable ecosystem policy the corresponding PKI hierarchy(ies) intends to comply with.
