2 symlink() error

I have the same slide in two sections of my website and a few pictures (4 out of 6) are throwing the following error in only one section, not both:

2 symlink() [<a href='function.symlink'>function.symlink</a>]:
File exists

Line 1133

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
