Clarify upgrade procedure from pre-0.10.10 versions

Release notes for 0.10.13 state that:

Safest way to update to this version from pre v0.10.10 is to delete your central server, reboot HA and then re-add server and chargers

However, it is unclear when the actual update should be performed in this sequence.

Should the steps be:

1. Update the integration to v0.10.13
2. Delete the central server
3. Reboot Home Assistant
4. Re-add the server and chargers

Or instead:

1. Delete the central server
2. Update the integration to v0.10.13
3. Reboot Home Assistant
4. Re-add the server and chargers

Clarifying the correct order would help in reducing confusion.

Honestly, these kinds of incompatible updates etc is why I kept it pinned at 0.9.0. That codebase version has never let me down.

I had more issues with 0.10.x releases than any other version of this addon.

Yes, I have been postponing updating to 0.10.10+ version too, but at some point I think biting the bullet is a must.

Yup, me too. Pinning to v0.10.9. This is more stable than others version

Thanks for noting this. Had to check my configuration. I think I'm fortunately clear since my sensors are of type sensor.charger_power_active_import
