<accuracy> tag missing for trackpoints

Could be a regression. If I see right, it was removed in commit 9ba8c1. On purpose or accidentially?

If you don't mind, I'll fix this in the context of my #264. I touch ExprtTrackTask.java there anyway and fixing <accuracy> is only adding two lines (one in the _long and one in the _short version of the export function). Am 19.
